Selling or renting your property
If you are selling or renting out a property, you are required by law to have a valid EPC in place. Improving your EPC rating can boost the value of your home and make it more attractive to buyers or renters who are energy-conscious or facing rising fuel prices.

Energy saving and cost reducing
An EPC gives homeowners a practical roadmap to a warmer, cheaper-to-run, and more sustainable home. For Environmental Awareness, it shows your home’s carbon dioxide emissions and how changes could reduce your environmental impact.

Upgrading to modern standards
Some energy efficiency schemes or grants (like ECO4, Boiler Upgrade Scheme, or local council incentives) require or are based on your EPC rating. A poor rating (E, F, or G) may make you eligible for free or subsidised improvements.
My customers say the nicest things:

Communication was easy and consistent through the process and the EPC was made available to me really quickly after the inspection. Highly recommended.”
