My name is Astrid Schulz, I am a Level 3 qualified Domestic Energy Assessor and accredited with Elmhurst Energy. I pride myself on the efficiency of my service and the quality of my advice. I am dedicated to helping Home Owners, Landlords, Commercial Estate Agents, Investment Companies and Residential Estate Agents to comply with regulations and deepen their understanding of energy efficiency in the Built Environment.

I am are fully compliant with EPBD and Government Regulations, actively participate in Continued Professional Development and hold current CRB certificates. Additionally, I am passionate about creating better living conditions for UK residents, by bringing homes up to contemporary standards.
